Range of Activities for Foreigners Staying Korea

  • Foreigners can stay in Korea within the range of the status of sojourn and period of sojourn, and may not engage in political activities aside from those prescribed by law. In the event that a foreigner intends to seek employment while staying in Korea, that foreigner must have sojourn status that allows employment, and may work only in the prescribed place of work.
